Dominion Tools will have limited time (14d if i'm not in mistake)
Experimental Replicator do not know

All will you get in your postman, and time will not tart until you no take that items from post (mean you can have them 29d there yet)

As far as I know, all items contained within each collector's pack also do not start their timers until that particular pack has been opened. Mails may contain the pack as well as a mount coupon and the COUPON may expire while sitting around in your inventory, but the pack itself should not have a timer itself.

Hello,

Log into the game with your lvl 54 char (but you should receive this Collector pack on each char anyway) and check the mailman NPC.
